Manage a team of developers and testers using an agile methotodoly. Liase with product owners to write specifications and convert them to backlog items. Coordinate resources and efforts. Ensure everyone has the tools and adequate training to succeed. Mentor team members if necessary. Create progress reports and address concerns in timely manner.
I offer this service with a development contract inside a team.

Development
Implement solution in a number of programming languages (Java, C++ or Python). Ensure code quality and readability. Make sure it is fully tested and meets the specifcations. Mentor junior developers and testers. Conduct code reviews. Maintain new or legacy software. Conduct research if necessary to implement new algorithms.
I offer this service with a development contract inside a team or as a solo developer.
